The Build Blueprint is a fixed-scope, paid engagement. I map the manual process costing your team the most, find where you’re losing hours and money, and lay out exactly what to build and in what order. You walk away with a real plan you own, whether or not you build it with me.

Why the Blueprint exists
Most custom software doesn’t fail because the code is bad. It fails because the wrong thing gets built first, or the whole thing gets built at once with no plan for what happens after it ships. Software is cheap compared to building the wrong software. The Blueprint exists so we decide together what to build, in what order, and what it costs, before anyone spends real money. You start with a plan you own and a clear first step, not a big bet on a system nobody has tested yet.
There’s a cost to waiting, too. If a process is eating hours every week, it keeps eating them while you think it over. Part of the Blueprint is putting a real number on that, so “later” becomes a decision you make with the math in front of you instead of a default.

The planning is consulting work in its own right, and it’s priced like it. You get a senior engineer’s full attention on your specific operation, and a plan you own outright, with no obligation to build with me.
